I really like how many gods there are to choose from, and when you find one with a fun kit, the game can be a blast. But it feels like a lot of the roster has been left behind. Some abilities are cool and satisfying, while others just lock you down so long that you barely get to play. It’s frustrating because one bad balance matchup can make you feel like you’ve wasted an entire match you had a chance to win. There’s a great game here, but the balance feels way too uneven right now.

I still like Smite and I do keep coming back to it, so it’s not like I’m done with the game or anything. But the matchmaking on smitegame.com can feel really random sometimes, like one minute I’m having a solid, fun match and the next I’m wondering how these teams even got put together.

Some games are actually close and exciting, which is when Smite feels great, but then right after that my team either gets completely rolled or we end up rolling the other team and it’s just not that satisfying either way. It kind of feels like ranks or skill levels get mixed in a weird way, especially in casual matches, and I get that casuals aren’t supposed to be perfect, but still.
It’s not the worst experience ever, and I’ll probably keep playing because the core game is fun, but yeah, it can be frustrating when you’re just trying to queue up and get a fair match. For now I’d give it 3 stars.

I’ve played Smite on and off for a while now, the game itself is still really fun. The matches don’t all feel the same, and I really like the different gods and game modes.

The biggest downside for me is the community can get toxic, especially in ranked or if someone makes a mistake early. Some people just spam chat or start blaming everyone, and it really gets old fast.

Muting people helps a lot though, and I still run into plenty of normal players and good matches too. It’s not perfect, but I really enjoy it enough that I keep coming back.

I actually enjoy the game when it’s working, but it keeps randomly crashing after matches and it’s super frustrating. Bugs happen way too often, and when I tried reaching out, the email replies felt like they were written by a robot instead of someone actually trying to help. I’d like this a lot more if the crashes got fixed and support felt a little more human.

The patches do help here and there, but the balance still feels a bit off to me.

Most of the gods feel fair to play against, at least on a normal day. Some patches definitely make ranked more annoying than it needs to be, but that’s kind of expected with a game like this. Overall, it’s still fun and nothing feels completely broken most of the time

I got banned i’m still not clear on what I did wrong. The whole moderation process felt kind of unfair, and the response I got seemed rushed, like nobody really took the time to explain anything. I just wish there had been a clearer reason given instead of leaving me guessing...

The tutorial helped. Matches were confusing at first, though. Took me a bit.

I was in a bit of a bad mood after running into a login issue and figured I’d be stuck waiting for days. But support got back to me quickly, which was a nice surprise. They just asked for a few details, sorted it out without a bunch of back and forth, and that was it. Felt like a small win, and I was genuinely happy with how easy it ended up being.

I don’t get why people complain so much. The skins look good to me, and the prices seem fair enough for what you’re getting. I’ve seen way worse deals elsewhere...

I still have a good time playing Smite when everything is running right but the servers have been feeling really random lately. One match will be totally fine then the next one gets laggy or someone just drops out.

It is not unplayable or anything but it gets frustrating especially in ranked when one bad spike can mess up the whole game. Hopefully they keep fixing it because the game itself is still fun.
